There are typically around 90 homes available each week. 

There were 28,471 households registered for rehousing through Property Pool Plus in March 2025. This was broken down by local authority area, as follows:

• Halton had 2,539 households registered. 
• Knowsley had 2,802 households registered. 
• Liverpool had 14,520 households registered.
• Sefton had 3,382 households registered.
• Wirral had 5,228 households registered.

There were 4,110 properties allocated in the financial year 2024/25. This was broken down by local authority area, as follows:

• Halton had 575 property allocations.
• Knowsley had 572 property allocations.
• Liverpool had 1,562 property allocations.
• Sefton had 631 property allocations.
• Wirral had 770 property allocations.
