If you have registered with Property Pool Plus previously, you will need to log into the system using your original login reference, memorable date and password. You will then be able to amend your details and / or complete a new registration for rehousing if required.

Before you start to complete your registration you should check that you have the following information to hand:
  • Full names and dates of birth of everyone to be included in your registration for rehousing,
  • National Insurance number for those aged 16+ who are to be rehoused with you,
  • 5 year address history for all adults who are to be rehoused with you,
  • If you rent your current accommodation, your landlord's name, address and contact details,
  • Details of savings for the main and joint applicant, or partner
  • If you are currenty overcrowded due to living with family / friends please also include full names and dates of birth of those people not moving with you
  • Nationality, ethnic origin and immigration status of everyone who is to be rehoused with you,
  • Equalities monitoring information including ethnic origin, religion, sexuality, disability for anyone who is to be rehoused with you,
  • Details of any unspent criminal convictions and contact details of Probation Officer (if applicable), for anyone who is to be rehoused with you
  • Details of any Armed Forces Service including dates of service, for anyone who is to be rehoused with you
  • You will also need to record your login reference number, memorable date and password as this will be issued to you during the application process.

After you have submitted your application you will be required to provide verification documentation to enable your application to be assessed and activated. Further details about acceptable documentation will be provided at the end of the application process. Failure to provide all requested documents will result in your application being closed.
