New Build Apartments in Port Sunlight - ready May 2015
Sanctuary Housing are holding an Open Day Eventin conjunction with Property Pool Plus, to show case their new build 1 and 2 bedroom apartments at Darcy Court, Wharf Street, Port Sunlight.
The open day event details are as follows:

All apartments are completed to a high specification with individual apartment specifications differing slightly, for example some units have level access showers, others have step in showers. The apartments will be open to applications via the Property Pool plus Scheme to households where the main or joint applicant is aged 55+. The minimum age for other members of the household will be 18.
Affordable rents will be between £115 and £120 per week including a service charge.
