Propertypool Plus

Registration

You will can apply for properties through Property Pool Plus if you have registered on the housing register.

For details on how to apply to join the housing register click Who Can Use the Service.

 

When you are accepted on to the housing register we will write to tell you:

  • Your housing application number
  • The band your application has been placed in and your priority date. Click Prioritising Applications for more information.
  • The number of bedrooms you are entitled to. Click bedroom standards for more information.

You must tell us if there are any changes in your circumstances so that we can reassess your application and if necessary make changes to your band and priority date.

Property Type and Size of Property

The type and size of property that you may apply for, can vary depending upon household size and other circumstances.

The following table is a general guide only and will vary depending upon the availability of property and demands in particular areas.

There may be exceptions to the above guide in terms of property type, for example one or two bedroom houses may be advertised for singles or couples. This will be made clear on the property advert.
